Refund policy
While we are not obligated to accept returns for change of mind under the Australian Consumer Law, we understand that sometimes, minds do change. Therefore, we are happy to offer change of mind returns under the following conditions:
Eligibility Requirements
Purchase Date
Items must have been purchased within the last 30 days.
Proof of Purchase
A valid proof of purchase (original receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.
Item Condition
To be eligible for return, items must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged. They must also be in the same condition as when you received them.
Return Process
Reach out to us at mayroseavenue@outlook.com.au to initiate the return process. Include your order details and reason for return.
Return Postage Costs
All postage costs for change-of-mind returns are the customer's responsibility. Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and approved, we will process your refund. A refund will be issued within 5 business days to your original payment method.
Your Consumer Rights
All our products are carefully inspected before dispatch. If you believe you have received a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately and we will assist you in resolving the issue in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
This Returns Policy does not override your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law. If there is any inconsistency between this policy and your consumer rights, your rights under the law will apply.
